The VBA Team offers an Exceptional Commercial Cleaning Service for any workplace. Unlike other services, we take the time to clean the areas that are most often forgotten, and we pay special attention to detail because “If We See It, We Clean It!”.

We go above and beyond to provide you with an Exceptional cleaning experience. What does Exceptional look like? Our team will replace the trash can liner whenever necessary – no more left over gum or post-it notes from the day before! We will even ensure that those pesky liners stay in place by securing them when needed. We will collect coffee mugs and load the dishwasher. We will even clean the inside of the microwave every single time. We are always glad to be flexible to the needs of our individual clients. If there are specific areas that need our attention, we will be glad to accommodate!

In addition to cleaning, we also typically take care of the cleaning and paper supplies needed in the workplace. We can manage the entire process for you; including ordering, delivering, organizing, and keeping track. We just add the cost of the supplies to your monthly Invoice. If there is anything we can do to help, just ask.

Our Standard Commercial Cleaning Checklist includes the following:

1. Kitchen/Break Room

   • Wipe all surface areas including; tables/chairs/furniture, window sills, shelving, trim molding on floor and ceiling

   • Dust all high areas including ceiling fans and light fixtures

   • Wipe all counters – free of debris and crumbs

   • Wipe fronts of all cabinets and appliances

   • Wash inside of microwave

   • Wipe outlets and light switches

   • Spot clean walls and doors

   • Vacuum (use hand-held nozzle around corners)

   • Mop

   • Remove all trash and take outside trash cans to designated area for pick up if necessary

2. Office Space

   • Wipe all surface areas including; furniture/desks, window sills, shelving, trim molding on floor and ceiling

   • Dust all high areas including ceiling fans and light fixtures

   • Dry dust all computer screens and monitor tops

   • Wipe fronts of all filing cabinets

   • Wipe outlets and light switches

   • Spot clean walls and doors

   • Vacuum (use hand-held nozzle around corners)

   • Mop

   • Remove all trash

3. Entry Way/Lobby

   • Wipe all surface areas including; furniture/desks, window sills, shelving, trim molding on floor and ceiling

   • Dust all high areas including ceiling fans and light fixtures

   • Wipe down glass

   • Wipe outlets and light switches

   • Spot clean walls and doors

   • Vacuum (use hand-held nozzle around corners)

   • Mop

   • Remove all trash

4. Hallways/Walkways

   • Wipe all surface areas including; furniture, window sills, shelving, trim molding on floor and ceiling

   • Dust all high areas including ceiling fans and light fixtures

   • Wipe outlets and light switches

   • Spot clean walls and doors

   • Vacuum (use hand-held nozzle around corners)

   • Mop

5. Restrooms

   • Wipe all surface areas including; window sills, shelving, trim molding on floor and ceiling

   • Dust all high areas including ceiling fans and light fixtures

   • Wipe outlets and light switches

   • Wipe fronts of cabinets

   • Spot clean walls and doors

   • Toilets

   • Sinks

   • Showers/Bathtubs

   • Mirrors
