Q:What services do you provide?

A:We provide a variety of Residential and Commercial Janitorial Cleaning Services that allow you to spend your time doing what you want to. Just leave the cleaning to us.

Q:How much will it cost?

​

A:Each Service will vary in price depending on the size (square footage) of the areas to be cleaned and the degree of cleaning that is required. When you call for a FREE estimate, we will come to your home or office to see first-hand what is expected. We will then determine the cost of the First Initial Deep Cleaning Service based on what is discussed. Remember, each service is customizable to fit your needs exactly, so don't hesitate to contact us at any time. Be sure to check out the Discounts page to find a helpful deal!

Q:How long will it take?

​

A:Each Service will vary in length depending on the size (square footage) of the areas to be cleaned and the degree of cleaning that is required. A typical Residential Deep Cleaning Service for a home that is 1500-3000 square feet can take up to eight hours to complete. A typical Routine Cleaning Service can take anywhere from two to five hours per visit. You will be informed of the length of the Service of your choosing during your FREE consultation appointment.

Q: Do I need to supply anything?

​

A: We supply all cleaning products and equipment, but if you prefer a particular product just let us know. (VBA Team does not take responsibility for any equipment provided by clients.)

 

Q: How do I make a payment?

​

A: Payment is due when service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) money order and cash payments. First-time cleaning must be paid by cash or credit card the day of the cleaning. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.

​

Q: What if the job was not completed?

​

A: You have 24 hours to report any incomplete work and we will send someone back to complete the job.

​

Q: What if the cleaning crew arrives late?

​

A: We try our best to arrive on time as scheduled. If we are late, however, you will receive a $10-$15 discount, depending on the situation. Please let us know when our cleaning crew is late. Your satisfaction is our highest concern.

​

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

​

A: To cancel an appointment with no fee, please call 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. If you call to make a cancellation on the day of your appointment, you will be charged $50.
